Twenty-five years ago today, Bobby Sands, MP, died on hunger strike in Long Kesh Prison (aka, HM Prison Maze) in Northern Ireland.  He was 27 years old.  Almost as many years have passed since his death as he had on earth.  But, his death is not without meaning, and his life, as short as it was, is not without meaning.  We remember Bobby Sands, and ( Read more... )
